Lindsay Norsworthy
Regional Coordinator: NJ, PA, WV

Lindsay grew up in Baltimore, Maryland (let’s go O’s!), and it was a varied career path that led her to Little Bellas. After practicing law in Los Angeles, she moved home to the east coast, where she taught elementary school in Baltimore City. Next, she started and managed a pet sitting business for seven years. But when the pandemic began, she devoted her time to keeping herself and her daughters as healthy as possible, both physically and mentally. They discovered the Great Outdoors and fell in love with biking, hiking, camping, skiing, and adventure racing. Lindsay wholeheartedly believes that the women’s mountain biking community can’t be beat when it comes to inclusivity, empowerment, and fun! And finding her passion for mountain biking in her forties has taught her that no one is the wrong age, gender, shape, or size to take a risk and try something new!
Why Little Bellas?: Because mountain biking has finally showed me that hard things can be fun and women can and should be each other’s best advocates. I want girls in my community to figure that out much sooner than I did!
