Kate Malmstrom
Regional Coordinator: MA, VT, NH | US Program Support

Kate grew up in Pittsburgh, PA- a city where 92% of residents live within walking distance of a public park! She spent her days in Frick Park (home to a growing Little Bellas chapter!) managing invasive species, counting salamanders, and building trails. Kate came to Vermont by way of UVM and although she left for a year, it’s hard to resist the draw of the Green Mountain State. Since returning in 2020, Kate has been traversing the state on her bike in an attempt to find the best swimming hole (Bristol Falls), the best creemee (Cookie Love) and the best gravel descent (North Branch Rd.). Beyond biking, eating ice cream, and swimming, Kate can be found playing word games, reading and re-reading her favorite books (currently- The Secret History by Donna Tartt), and enjoying Vermont’s Nordic trails with friends.
