US Program Support - Richmond, VT
The Program Support position is expected to lead program relations, planning, and execution. They negotiate program relationships, including partnerships and local funding sources. They assist our regional support team to make sure the programs run successfully, so all participants, mentors and program leads have a positive, mission-driven experience. This is an exempt employee reporting to the Executive Director. This is an office role located at our headquarters at Cochran’s Ski Area in Richmond, VT.
Program Support
- Ensure the successful launch and execution of current and new programs.
- Provide leadership in coordination and development of regional coordinators and program leads.
- Advancing Little Bellas role and impact in local communities.
- Grow our local fundraising and access initiatives.
- Outreach and support to ensure inclusion of a diverse population of participants.
- Ongoing advancement and evolution of program curriculum and supporting training materials.
- Ownership of communication internally and externally about the programs.
Regional Coordinator Responsibilities and Duties:
- Geographic territory – Northeast
- Directly responsible for managing and developing programs in your region.
- Successful development and growth of supporting partnerships.
- This position includes travel.
- Collaborate regularly with Executive Director and Board of Directors.

Program and Operations Assistant - Richmond, VT
Summary:
Little Bellas is seeking a self-motivated, independent, and team-oriented individual who values collaboration to support our program execution. This is a seasonal, non-exempt role with the potential for growth in our home office at Cochran's Ski Area in Richmond VT.
Program and Operations Assistant:
Primary responsibilities are supporting the launch and execution of programs around the country, which includes registration assistance, fundraising acknowledgments, shipments and inventory tracking, and general communications.
- Assisting with various aspects of program registration.
- Expected to use Regfox software and Google platform to manage participant and mentor records.
- Contact and communicate with families about registration changes and updates.
- Assembling shipments for program launches and orders.
- Tracking inventory to ensure records are accurate.
- Sending fundraising acknowledgements and tracking fundraising constituents.
- Responding to phone and email inquiries and providing excellent customer service to our families.
- Collaborating with National Program Support and Program Operations roles to ensure accurate communication and timely execution.
- Managing and tabling at a selection of Little Bellas partner or support events.
- Ideally, this role would also include mentoring at our VT camps throughout the summer season.
- Keep an orderly office and work space.
- Little Bellas is a small non profit and will occasionally be called upon for tasks outside your job description.

Camp Mentors - Vermont
Job Description: Vermont Camp Mentors
Little Bellas is seeking multiple self-motivated, independent, and team-oriented individual for part-time, seasonal positions, who absolutely love riding bikes and working with girls. We are looking for outstanding role models to inspire girls ages 7 to 14 in our half day and overnight camps throughout the summer.
Although we have programs located all around the country, this position is geographically limited to Vermont.
Scheduling Commitment: We are seeking Mentors who can commit to all of our Half-Day Camps, the entire weekend of our Overnight Camp, or both! Some additional training is required. See below for scheduling details.
Additional Training: We will require training for all Mentors. Training date/time TBD.
Half-Day Camps: Williston, VT
- June 13-17 from 7:30am-12:30pm: Williston Half Day Play 1
- June 27-July 1 from 7:30am-3:30pm: Williston Half Day Play 2 / Williston Mini Camp 1
- July 11-15 from 7:30am-3:30pm: Williston Half Day Explore 1 / Williston Mini Camp 2
- July 18-22 from 7:30am-12:30pm: Williston Half Day Play 3
- July 25-29 from 7:30am-12:30pm: Williston Half Day Explore 2
Overnight Camp: Girls Ride+Run Camp at Craftsbury Outdoor Center/Hosmer Point Camp

Qualifications:
- Experience working with and leading groups of youth. Previous Little Bellas program or camp experience is preferred.

Responsibilities and Job Duties:
- Group management: Supervising, leading, and engaging groups of up to 25 girls
- Time management: Responsible for timely communication, activity planning, and program execution
- Strong interpersonal skills: Especially regarding communication with families and girls
- Organization of materials, equipment, and activity supplies: Staying organized, prepared, and planning ahead for activities is essential. Though this job will require you to think on your feet, planning ahead and having the right equipment/items for the activities is crucial.
- Social media skills: Promoting the programs on social media as needed
- Basic bike maintenance and repair skills: There is no need to know how to build a bike, but fixing simple issues like brakes, shifters, seats, and flat tires is often necessary. We will provide some training.
