Little Bellas is seeking an organized, self-motivated, and independent professional for a full-time position working with both the Operations and Marketing Teams in Richmond, VT. This role will actively contribute to the fulfillment of program shipments, both mentor and registrant data communications/updates, and assistance with marketing. Little Bellas has programs across the country mentoring young girls to help them reach their fullest potential. That’s a lot of programs, which means the timely management of orders, communication, and outreach is key to our success.
We’re looking for a creative, meticulously organized, systematic person who can team up with our Operations and Marketing Team. Little Bellas is looking for a candidate that consistently exhibits a professional communication style and positive attitude and can quickly pivot! Our preferred candidate will be able to adapt to the changing needs of projects and be a team player. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, attentive to details and not intimidated by new systems.
Qualifications:
- College degree preferred or equivalent experience working in an administrative setting
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, especially Google Sheets
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Excellent knowledge of social media marketing
- Attention to detail
- Mountain biking experience is not necessary for this role. We are looking for someone who is happy and confident in an office environment.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Operations Assistant
- Assist in the successful launch and execution of programs
- Collaboration with other departments when needed
- Aid in facilitating registration and accurate record keeping
- If possible, mentor VT Camps and/or Programs
Social Media Assistant
- Development and executions of Little Bellas social media
- Development and maintenance of local and national content librabry used in supporting Little Bellas messaging effots
- Provide marketing support for Little Bellas program and staff
Other tasks and duties may be assigned.
Expectations:
- Keep an open line of communication with Little Bellas Program Operations and Executive Director
- Keep a clean workspace
- Represents Little Bellas in a professional manner at all times
- Ability to pivot when certain projects or procedures need to change
- Promotes team values/goals and demonstrates the ability to work with a wide range of personalities
- Be prompt, timely, and respectful
Wage Status: Non-Exempt; 40 hours/week
Half Day Camp Program Lead - Asheville, NC

Summary: Little Bellas is seeking a self-motivated, independent professional for a part-time position leading a Little Bellas camp for girls 8-10.
Qualifications:
- College degree preferred or equivalent experience
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Mountain bike skills
- Passion for working with girls with an emphasis on FUN
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Run and Lead a weeklong half day camp in Asheville, NC
- Communicate with families and mentors on a regular basis
- Prepare program materials for participants, mentors, and parents
- Locally market program
- Ensure all mentors received adequate training (trainings provided by Little Bellas National)
- Ensure program is run up to the standards outlined by Little Bellas National
- Have a ton of fun riding your bike with girls!
Expectations:
- Participate in quarterly Program Lead conference calls
- Participate in monthly, then weekly calls as the time for your program launch begins.
- Recruit mentors for your program
- Recruit girls for your program
