Little Bellas is seeking an organized, self-motivated, and independent professional for a full-time, seasonal position working on the Operations Team in Richmond, VT. This role will actively contribute to the fulfillment of program shipments. Little Bellas has programs across the country that involves mentoring young girls and helping empower them to reach their best potential. Part of that is having the right equipment and supplies! That’s a lot of programs, which means that the timely management of orders is key to our success.
We’re looking for an organized, number-driven person who can team up with our Operations Team. The ideal candidate is eager to learn and is attentive to details.
Qualifications:
- College degree preferred or equivalent experience working with children required
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, especially Google Sheets
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Mountain bike is experience is not necessary for this role. We are looking for someone who is happy and confident in an office environment.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Assist in the successful launch and execution of programs and camps
- Assist in cross-departmental collaboration when needed
- Assist in registration and accurate record keeping
- Manage impeccable inventory and data
- Communicate and orchestrate fulfillment process with families, staff, and mentors
- If possible, mentor in at least one of our VT Camp Programs
- Other tasks and duties may be assigned

Camp Mentor Program Clerk - Richmond, VT

Little Bellas is seeking an organized, self-motivated, and team-oriented professional for a full-time, seasonal summer position working on the Operations Team in Richmond, VT and as a VT camp mentor. There are two aspects to their role; the individual contributes to the fulfillment of program shipments as well as mentoring in our VT camp programs. Little Bellas has programs across the country that involve mentoring young girls- a number of those program run in Vermont and need inspiring mentors!

Williston Half Day Play 1: 6/19 - 6/23 | 8am - 12pm
Williston Half Day Play 2: 6/26 - 6/30 | 8am - 12pm
* Sara Holbrook Little Bellas camp 1: 6/27 - 6/30 | 1pm - 3pm
Sara Holbrook Little Bellas camp 2: 7/5 - 7/7 | 10am - 12pm
Williston Full Day Explore: 7/10 - 7/14 | 8am - 4pm
Williston Half Day Play 3: 7/24 - 7/28 | 8am - 12pm

Do you love mountain biking? Do you stop in your tracks every time you see a young girl on a bike, encourage her and give her a high five? Do you want to mentor young girls and help empower them to reach their best potential? Do you want to mobilize other women around you, from all backgrounds and experience, to fulfill this mission? Then we have an opportunity for you!
Summary: Little Bellas is seeking a self-motivated, independent professional for a part-time, seasonal position, leading Little Bellas programs for girls 7-13.
Qualifications:
- College degree preferred or equivalent experience
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Mountain bike skills
- Passion for working with girls with an emphasis on FUN
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Run and Lead seasonal programming in Chattanooga, TN
- Communicate with families and mentors on a regular basis
- Prepare program materials for participants, mentors, and parents
- Locally market program
- Ensure all mentors received adequate training (trainings provided by Little Bellas National)
- Ensure program is run up to the standards outlined by Little Bellas National
- Have a ton of fun riding your bike with girls!
Expectations:
- Participate in quarterly Program Lead conference calls
- Participate in monthly, then weekly calls as the time for your program launch begins.
- Recruit mentors for your program
- Recruit girls for your program
- Keep an open line of communication with Little Bellas Regional Coordinator and Executive Director
- Utilize resources from website for curriculum and other support
- Execute and uphold the mission and values of the organization
- Be prompt, timely and respectful to all parties with your Little Bellas activities
