VT Office Administrator - Williston, VT

Job Description: Little Bellas is seeking a self-motivated, independent individual for a part-time, seasonal paid office position.

Qualifications:  Excellent communications skills, both written and oral are required. Must also enjoy working with children and a variety of people.  Must have great attention to detail, and a positive attitude. Mountain bike skills are a bonus.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Manages program shipment and receipt of all Little Bellas Program Launch products, materials, and supplies.
  • Collaborates and communicates with logistics Little Bellas National, Regional Coordinators and Program Leads and others involved in the shipment and receipt of products.
  • Tracks, traces, and updates the status of incoming and outgoing shipments.
  • Maintains a clean, neat, and organized supplies and office space.
  • Promptly sorts and stocks receivables.
  • Maintains an accurate Google Supplies document and count inventory accurately.

Office Administrator reports to Program Specialist and Executive Director.

Camp Lead - Williston, VT

Summary: Little Bellas is seeking a self-motivated, independent professional for a part-time, seasonal lead position for the Little Bellas program in Williston, VT.

Qualifications:

  • -College degree preferred or equivalent experience
  • -Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • -Attention to detail
  • -Mountain bike skills
  • -Passion for working with girls with an emphasis on FUN

Responsibilities and Duties:

VT Camp Lead:  Run and lead a team of mentors for all VT camps.

Training time: May 3rd – 3:00-6:20pm

Camps: 

  • June 15th- Williston ½ day camp
  • July 6th- Williston ½ day camp
  • July 13th- Williston full day camp
  • July 27th - Williston full day camp

Although we have programs located all around the country, this position is geographically limited to Vermont.

Expectations:

  • -Participate in quarterly Camp Lead conference calls
  • -Participate in monthly, then weekly calls as the time for your program launch begins.
  • -Recruit mentors for your program
  • -Recruit girls for your program
  • -Keep an open line of communication with Little Bellas Regional Coordinator and Executive Director
  • -Utilize resources from website for curriculum and other support
  • -Execute and uphold the mission and values of the organization
  • -Be prompt, timely and respectful to all parties with your Little Bellas activities

Camp Mentor - Williston, VT

Training time: May 3rd – 3:00-6:20pm

Camps:

  • July 27th - Williston full day camp

-Communicate with parents before and after weeklong camps

-Prepare weekly camp materials for participants and parents, as needed

-Reports to Camp Lead and Regional Coordinator
