School's out and it's time for summer! Okay, if there were no snow days, school's out and it's time for summer! Warmer weather is here, the snow has finally melted in the mountains, and kids are ready to get out and play in the woods, in the fields, anywhere outside. A great way to get kids outside and active? The Little Bellas Upper Valley Weekly Program!
The Upper Valley Weekly Program meets at the Boston Lot Trail System in Lebanon, NH. and offers eight recurring mountain bike riding sessions on Wednesday nights throughout the summer. Open to riders of all abilities, the focus of each session is fun, allowing each girl to make new friends, learn new skills, and build confidence, all in a positive, fun environment. Whether it's riding through a color powder tunnel while playing bike limbo or riding over the bridges of Boston Lot, the program strives to create an environment built around having fun and learning the skills of mountain biking.
Meeting and riding once a week, girls and mentors (we don't coach, we mentor) will participate in various activities, rides, and games all as a way to work on a mountain bike skills progression. The girls will be given healthy challenges to test and grow their skills but in a friendly, fun, safe environment. This program is for riding and fun and is not focused on competition.
Financial assistance is available if needed and we also have equipment available through our Gear Up program! Please communicate any of these needs when filling out the registration form for the program.
