We want program registration to be easy and fair. We are transitioning all programs to a three week pre-registration period. With this new system, everyone will have three weeks to pre-register their participant(s) for Little Bellas. After pre-registration closes, one of two things will happen: a) if the program is full or over capacity, we will use a random selection process to determine who gets in; or b) we will transition to our usual first come first serve registration to fill the remaining slots.
We hope this new process will ease some stress and help create a more fair registration system for all Little Bellas girls and families. See more information on our blog here.
You said you wanted more Little Bellas, so we delivered! We've added two new programs in Park City on Tuesdays to help get more girls on bikes! It may be creeping towards fall but daylight hours are still long! Little Bellas Park City Tuesday Weekly 2 Program is the perfect after school activity for kids looking to get outside and have a little fun!
The Park City Tuesday Weekly 2 Mountain Bike Program offers five recurring, Tuesday night sessions, four of which at Trailside Skills Park, and one at Quinn's Junction during the summer. Trailside Skills Park is the great setting for learning new skills. Not only do they have a one-mile, well-groomed, single track trail, they have a top-notch skills course! Start with the balance beam, then the ramp. The program uses Quinn's Junction for their end of session ride, to mix things up a little bit! Whatever the level or ability of rider, the program is based around having fun and creates an environment to allow each girl to make new friends, ride trails, and play games, all while learning skills for the sport of mountain biking.
Girls and mentors (we mentor, we don't coach) ride once a week and work on a mountain bike skills progression through different activities, rides, and adventures. These girls will be given healthy challenges in a friendly, fun environment. This program is for riding and promoting a love for mountain biking and is not focused on competition.
Financial assistance is available if needed and we also have equipment available through our Gear Up program! Please communicate any of these needs when filling out the registration form for the program.
This program is supported by a grant from the Solomon Fund of Park City Community Foundation.
Park City Program Lead
Leading our new Tuesday programs in Park City is our all-things-outdoor enthusiast, Rebekah Ward! If there is a sport outdoors she probably does it, but her favorites are biking (duh), snowboarding, and rock climbing. Rebekah grew up in Idaho and moved to Utah in 2019, and is loving the change of scenery so far. By day, she’s a financial analyst for the Department of Defense and she recently got married to her best friend and adventure buddy! She can’t wait to jump on bikes and laugh her way around the trails with Little Bellas!
