The Asheville Half-Day Camp is an all-girls mountain biking camp offering a great progression in mountain biking skills for all abilities.  It incorporates both basic mountain bike skills and mechanics, with trail riding and games.   We focus on having fun, playing lots of games, and finding adventure on the trails.  Making new friends, learning skills, riding some sweet trails, and laughing our way through the mornings are all top priorities!

Program Lead Contact Information

Sarah's love for the outdoors and mountain biking was born in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan and she has taken it to a whole new level, living in Asheville now. A special education teacher, who is passionate about working with kids, Sarah can usually be found on her mountain bike, ripping the trails. She can also be found running or hiking seemingly endless trails and mountains or cuddling with her dog and cat. Or with Hank. Who's Hank, you may ask? Hank is Sarah's son and spot on mini-me. Already getting him started, he loves wearing his helmet, all the time (safety first), and a bike will be soon to follow as he can walk now. And how much does she love Little Bellas? We posted we were opening a chapter in the U.P. and what seemed like 5 seconds after it was posted, Sarah contacted us and offered to help in any way she could to get the program going. How lucky are we.
